The Octo standing frame is a modern device designed for children (90–130 cm, up to 50 kg) who require support in the verticalization process – both in posterior and anterior positioning. Its well-thought-out design, Octo supports the development of proper body posture, improves circulation and respiratory function, and enables the child to actively engage with their surroundings.
The device features adjustable pads with stabilizing belts that help maintain correct body alignment, ensuring comfort and safety during verticalization. The standing frame is also equipped with the innovative OctoStep foot support system, allowing for stable and comfortable foot positioning.
One of its key features is the abduction system, which enables precise positioning of the lower limbs in the frontal plane, supporting proper alignment of the hip joints.
The Octo standing frame can be expanded with practical accessories such as a therapy tray for easier activity-based sessions and a headrest for both anterior and posterior standing, providing comfortable head support. Thanks to these solutions, the Octo standing frame combines comfort, safety, and versatility, supporting the child in daily therapy while facilitating the work of therapists and caregivers.

Construction
The solid metal frame ensures durability and safe use. All support elements are finished with soft polyurethane foam pads and supports, increasing comfort during therapy. Parameter adjustment is intuitive and convenient, carried out using adjustable handle integrated into the standing frame structure, as well as an Allen key included in the set.
Adjustable Features
The standing frame offers a wide range of individual adjustments thanks to its adjustable chest and hip pads with stabilizing belts. It is also equipped with an adjustable torso support, hip support, and knee supports, allowing precise positioning of the child. Additionally, it can be fitted with adjustable headrests for both anterior and posterior standing, as well as an extra back support designed for anterior positioning.
Advanced Foot Support System – OctoStep
The OctoStep foot support system allows precise positioning of the feet through adjustments in height, distance, and platform width. It also enables positioning in two angular planes, supporting proper alignment of the lower limbs. The metal construction ensures high stability and durability.
Hip Abduction System
The abduction system enables precise positioning of the lower limbs in the frontal plane, supporting proper alignment of the hip joints. This solution stabilizes the hips and pelvis while promoting activation and strengthening of the gluteal muscles, which is essential in the therapy process.
Independent brakes
Each wheel is equipped with an individual brake, ensuring maximum stability during use.
