GENERAL INFORMATION

The DELFI bath chair comes in three sizes: S, M and L. The S version is designed for young patients weighing up to 30 kg. The M version is designed for slightly larger patients weighing up to 50 kg. The L version is designed for patients weighing up to 70 kg.

Basic task of a bath chair is to allow the caregiver to freely perform bathing and hygiene activities on the user placed on it, with proper protection and in an optimal position for the user. The relatively large surface of the chair allows the caregiver to make free movements. It is designed for use in the bathtub or shower.

The DELFI bath chair is equipped with a number of necessary safety features, such as an adjustable headrest, a torso stabilizing belt and leg straps, which significantly increase the level of safety during bathing. Additionally, the chair supports are covered with foam, which not only provides excellent grip, but also protects surfaces from scratching.

The adjustment options for individual chair segments – the headrest angle, backrest angle and footrest angle combined with the ability to adjust the seat depth allow for optimizing the patient’s position and adapting the product to the user’s individual parameters within the indicated range.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

In case of any contraindications to sitting position &/or passive verticalization stroller adjustments should be consulted with physiotherapist or physician-in-charge.

CONSTRUCTION

The DELFI bath chair has an aluminum structure that is a skeleton with movable segments with adjustment at the height of the neck (1), hips (2) and thighs (3). It also has an adjustable seat depth, which allows the device to be adapted to the individual needs of the patient.

The lightweight frame is made of sealed aluminum tubes, which prevents water from getting inside. The perforated upholstery made of synthetic fabric stretched over it is inert to water, and its structure affects the short drying time of the bath chair.

COLORS

The DELFI bath chair is available in three colours, depending on the selected variant:

– Variant S – blue,

– Variant M – neon green,

– Variant L – neon orange.

It is possible to make individual colour orders, in which modifications include both the colour of the frame and upholstered elements – applies to orders over 50 pieces.
