Where are MyWam strollers manufactured?
All our products are made 100% in Poland – from design to assembly.
What is the warranty period?
We provide a 24-month warranty for each stroller from the date of purchase. Any defects discovered during this time will be repaired free of charge. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in the user manual – available on the specific product page or in the Downloads section.
Where can I buy spare parts?
In Poland – directly from us, the manufacturer.
Abroad – from local, authorized distributors.
Can I order a custom-made stroller?
Yes, we offer the option of personalizing the stroller’s appearance – frame color, upholstery, and fabric can be tailored to your needs. This offer applies to orders of 50 or more. Contact us for details.
Do MyWam strollers meet MDR requirements?
Yes. All our specialist trolleys comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) on medical devices.
How can I file a complaint?
Individual customers are asked to contact the retailer or distributor from whom they made their purchase directly. They will submit the complaint in our system and coordinate the entire process.
Our partners and distributors can submit complaints directly via the form available on the B2B Platform.
