The Mewa special needs stroller is designed for children (90–125 cm, up to 40 kg). Its solid construction and light handling make it an excellent choice for everyday use.
The range of adjustments in the backrest, seat, and footrest allows the position to be tailored to the child’s needs.
Thanks to the option of using adjustable pads, a seat minimizing kit, an abduction wedge, abduction-stabilizing belts, and a five-point belt, Mewa provides safe and comfortable support during walks. Construction
The construction of the Mewa special needs stroller consists of two independent elements: the frame and the seat. The seat is attached to the frame using dedicated mounting adapters.
The lightweight design ensures mobility and convenience for caregivers — making it easier to carry, maneuver, fold, and store the stroller.
Adjustable Features
The Mewa stroller can be easily adapted to the child’s height thanks to the seat minimizing kit, adjustable pads, abduction wedge, and adjustable footrest. As the child grows, these elements can be gradually removed or adjusted to maintain proper support and user comfort.
Reversible Seat
The seat mounting system allows it to be positioned facing forward or backward — depending on the needs of the child and caregiver.
Rear wheels with shock-absorbing suspension
The rear wheels are equipped with a suspension system that effectively reduces vibrations when driving over uneven surfaces. This ensures greater comfort for the child and smoother stroller handling.
Swivel castor lock
The front wheels feature a directional lock, allowing for stable stroller guidance on straight paths and in more demanding terrain.
Mesh material
Inside the stroller and in selected accessories, a mesh-structured material is used to support natural air circulation. This ensures that the interior of the stroller remains properly ventilated, and the user stays thermally comfortable even during longer use.
